Postage & Handling Costs

Primal Life only delivers within New Zealand.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by emailing info@primal-life.co.nz within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of New Zealand Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local New Zealand Post branch for a claim to be filed.

All Postage and handling costs are based on the structure below:

  • Starter Packs: Free Shipping
  • 10 x 60g Bars: $10 flat rate for the first three items
  • 1.5kg Bags: $10 flat rate for the first three items
  • 4.5kg Bags: $10 NZ wide

Shipping for orders over 5kg are based on your region and will be calculated at checkout. 

Postage Methods

We use New Zealand Post and Fastway Couriers to deliver orders. When you have placed an order you will be notified via email together with your unique tracking number (excludes all starter packs which are sent via regular parcel post). 

Standard delivery times of 2-5 working days are to be expected. 

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 working days of your order being placed. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed and you will be notified. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
