Returns and Refund Policy


If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. Simply follow the steps explained in this section.

Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping costs. It is your responsibility to send/ship the product back to Primal Life Ltd

This Return Policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory or contractual rights, including the consumer guarantees which are imposed by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Our Guarantee to You

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase(s) made at www.primal-life.co.nz within 30 days provided the product is unused and complete (including the original packaging insofar as reasonably possible). All return packages must be shipped with some other form of traceable shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

30 Day Returns Policy

You may return your Primal Life purchase within 30 days from receipt for a full refund provided the product is unused and complete (including the original packaging insofar as reasonably possible). If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, Primal Life cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund under this Return Policy.

Exchange Policy

Primal Life generally does not exchange products unless otherwise arranged. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns under this Return Policy when the return is in line with our Return Policy. For special circumstances you can contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product from our online shop, please contact us. We will sort a refund or exchange as soon as possible.

To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

  • Before you email us, please ensure you have the invoice which was included with your delivery
  • Contact us and we will explain the return options available to you within 48 hours

Refunds Process

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. We therefore need to allow at least 14 days receiving and processing your return. Although Primal Life will refund the money within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll refund the value of the product(s) total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase or as otherwise arranged.
