I give one of these to my kids first thing some mornings and will often find that these mornings are the calmest. They are less irritable, play better and don't immediately harass us for breakfast!!

 

Ingredients:

  • Good quality drinking cocoa (I use organic 'Rush') 
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 300ml boiling water
  • 200ml full fat milk

 

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor (or use stick mixer) and process until nice and foamy.
  2. Pour into cups and enjoy

 

Notes:

  • Please do not use Milo for this, it contains vegetable oil - something I do not recommend for human consumption! 
  • You can always use quality cocoa and a teaspoon of honey to sweeten it.
