This is a delicious snack for the kids without the high sugar content of traditional caramel popcorn.
- 50g butter
- 1/2 - 1 Tbs Raw Honey
- 1 large bowl of popcorn (I use an air popper)
- Melt butter and honey over medium heat, simmer for three minutes stirring constantly.
- Pour over a large bowl of pop corn and mix.
- Leave to cool slightly before serving.
