This is a delicious snack for the kids without the high sugar content of traditional caramel popcorn.



  • 50g butter
  • 1/2 - 1 Tbs Raw Honey
  • 1 large bowl of popcorn (I use an air popper)



  1. Melt butter and honey over medium heat, simmer for three minutes stirring constantly.
  2. Pour over a large bowl of pop corn and mix. 
  3. Leave to cool slightly before serving.
