This is a delicious dessert, sweet enough without leaving you feeling like you have just eaten a bag of sugar!!

Serves: 6 (1 cup servings)
2 cups natural unsweetened yoghurt (I use Cyclops Organic Thick and Creamy from Countdown)
2 cups firmly whipped cream
2 cups mixed berries and chopped strawberries (total)
8 squares finely chopped dark chocolate (at least 70%)
1/8 tsp powdered stevia
Whip cream with stevia until stiff but not overdone.
Add yoghurt, berries and chocolate.
Fold together gently until cream and yoghurt is combined.
Transfer into serving dish.
Top with extra berries and chocolate.
Add a scoop of Coconut 180 Superfood, take out the stevia and chocolate and have as a breakfast or lunch option.
